Free Pre-Academy Workouts Available

The Pre-Academy workout and fitness training is available to applicants while they are in the hiring process. Applicants who regularly participate in the pre-Academy workouts have a much lower injury rate during the Academy, and a graduation rate of over 90%. These applicants get fit and learn the Academy’s expectations before it starts. These free workouts are held multiple times a week in three different locations – East LA, Whittier and Valencia.
